What’s New with Triblock HR & Payroll: Q2 Release Recap

Our aim at TriblockHR is to assemble nearly all the HR & Payroll related functions into a single easy to use system while automating many of those functions, making companies and the people that work in them much more efficient and effective. We are devoted to constantly enhancing our product to enable you to deliver more consistent customer support. Each quarter we concentrate on addressing a few areas to strengthen our product.

 

In Q2 we aimed at improving you to work more competently and manage your employee base faster.

 

Company Directory

TriblockHR now comes standard with a built-in company directory that list names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals within the organization. Once a user is created in the system they are automatically added to the company directory.

 

You can sort by last name, first name, department, or work title, and filter by selecting from an array of options.

To-Do-List

Our to-do-list features allows administrators to create tasks for employees to complete. You can create any number of tasks and then assign employees to complete those tasks.

 

The tasks will appear on their dashboard and they can mark the checkbox once each task is complete. Administrators can also track the progress of each assignee as they complete each task.

Internal Time Clock

Organizations now have the option to use our built-in internal time clock to track time and attendance for their employees. To get started, activate the 'eligible for time clock' switch within the personal details section so that the time clock can appear on the dashboard.

 

Employees can clock-in, clock-out and take either bathroom or lunch breaks. These hours automatically create the timesheet for the employee which would then need to be approved prior to executing a pay run.

 

Administrators can also create any number of break types as options when taking a break.

Workflows

Our workflows feature allows for multiple users to approve or deny a request based on the type selected. The approval process progresses in sequential order and the request is approved only until the final approver signs off.

 

Email notifications will be sent to each approver informing them that a pending request is ready to be approved or denied. They can click on the 'complete your task' button that will direct them to the specific pending request.

Workdays

Our workdays feature allows administrators to set what days of the week are considered working days on an organizational level. Once the days are set the timesheet will auto-populate the hours based on those days.

Working days can also be applied on an employee level. Within the employee 360 view, you can select the work days for that specific employee and those days will take priority over the days set on the org-level.

Time off Policies

Time off policies allow organizations to define the business rules that dictate the time off allowance for an employee. Once the policy is set, the allowance amount for that time off type will then appear on the user's time off page.

Divisions

Our divisions features allow even more flexibility for organizations with multiple locations. You can separate employees by divisions making easier to manage large organization especially when executing payroll for multiple divisions.

Surveys

Administrators can now create surveys for employees to complete. Once the survey is created you can access the survey link from within the survey's module. An email notification is also sent to all employees of a new survey to be completed. The server publicly accessible.

Integrations

Timeforce Time Clock - If your organization uses time force to track employee hours you can export those hours as a csv an upload them into TriblockHR. The timesheet is automatically created once the hours are imported.

 

uAttend Time Clock - If your organization uses uAttend to track employee hours you can export those hours as a csv an upload them into TriblockHR. The timesheet is automatically created once the hours are imported.

 

Slack App - If your organization uses Slack to communicate with employees you can integrate slack channels with TriblockHR notifications. Once the setup is complete every email notification that is sent will also be sent as communication on slack.
